The joy of a vacation can quickly become a nightmare should you come home to broken water pipes, dead plants or worse a break-in. Having someone you trust to check your house, collect your mail and water plants can be a big imposition on your family and/or friends.

Giving your home a lived-in appearance can help discourage vandals and burglars as well as put your mind (and your insurance company’s mind) at ease. Our responsible, bonded staff can check your home, adjust and change light venues, take out trash and collect your mail on a regular basis, allowing you to relax and enjoy your time away. You can also rest assured that your keys and confidential information will be kept private and secure.

You will receive:

• Security checks on regular scheduled basis
• Adjusted light timers, change of lighting
• Mail pickup
• Trash taken out and indoor plants watered
• A visit checklist/journal on every home visit

Fees:

• $13.50 per visit
• $150.00 for 12 visits
• $15.00 mail forwarding plus postage
